Samantha’s – The Cocktail Bar of distinction re-opened….for three nights only!

In the 1970s, ‘Samanthas’ at The Plaza was the venue of distinction in its self proclaimed advertising and for three nights only, the doors were re-opened, the neon sign glowed and the Plaza Players undertook the latest of our Fundraising Murder Mystery events with ‘Murder Most Ghoulish’

In a story expertly created by our Chairman Nigel Anderton, a special evening of Spectral beings and ghosts from the past were brought to life by the rather corrupt Madame Chantelle Duvall, however the outcome….for her….was deadly!

With a mix of characters ranging from a disgruntled daughter and her mysterious boyfriend, to an author with a short fuse, a pompous ex Manager, an agent who most certainly had an axe to grind and a Vicar that had an ‘interesting’ background history there was definitely more than enough twists and turns for our investigative sleuths to work on…….
